How I Work I take a positive approach to psychotherapy by focusing on your strengths and values. This approach can help you free yourself from depression and anxiety and feel motivated to change. I also encourage collaboration and goal-setting early on in the therapy. By identifying short-term objectives, and taking steps in those directions, you are more likely to feel a sense of hope in your future. I may use a number of different techniques and borrow from a variety of theoretical orientations, depending on your needs and the presenting problem. Overall, I'll seek to help you feel a greater sense of joy, vitality and self-efficacy, feel closer to your loved ones and disconnect from self-defeating patterns. I look forward to meeting you!
