I offer a free initial phone consultation. I’ll ask about your concerns and history and what you’re hoping to accomplish in therapy. This can be an excellent way for us to get a beginning sense of each other. Having voice-to-voice interaction and being listened and responded to directly are invaluable first steps in getting help.
