· Psychological Assessment
This type of evaluation typically involves diagnostic clarification and gaining a better sense of emotional dynamics. Presenting issues might include problems with social and emotional adjustment, mood disturbances, anxiety, anger management difficulties, parent-child relational conflicts, oppositional defiance, substance abuse, Bariatric Surgery screening, and psychosis. Treatment recommendations will be included in the assessment.
· Neuropsychological Assessment
This type of evaluation may include Learning Disorder evaluations (Verbal and Non-Verbal Learning Disorders, Reading and Writing Learning Disorders, Math Learning Disorder and Learning Disorders involving Executive Functioning Difficulties), Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder evaluations, evaluation of Developmental Disorders (Autism, Asperger’s and other pervasive developmental disorders), as well as assessing the relationship between psychological and neuropsychological factors.
· Vocational Assessment
This type of evaluation typically involves an assessment of vocational interests and aptitudes for help with identifying career choices and career changes.
